Aerobic Fitness and Yoga Classes held on a seasonal basis. Aerobic Classes held on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Yoga classes are held on the following schedules, General classes held on Monday and Wednesdays mornings, Level 1 classes held on Monday and Wednesday evenings, and Level 2 classes held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
